My first post!! : ) I’m DeAnn Dufaux, one of the very happy residents of Eder D’Uru. What an exciting experience it’s been being here and watching it grow and become more developed with each day. Jeff and his friends and co-creators, as well as all the others who live here, have done an amazing job.

It’s been fun developing my own living space too, but as usual, I don’t have enough prims to do all I’d like. I guess I’ll have to be a little more discriminating with my vision…..darn it!

I’m also one of the building teachers here along with Dagda – and thanks to Tailahr and Ishtar for all their help! We just finished the first beginner building sessions, and I thnk they went well – at least everyone signed up for the intermediate classes which are already full. The next beginner class already has several on the waiting list. We’ll have a beginners’ course, an intermediate course, and a number of workshops so it’s an exciting time.

The May sparky is out – got that one, my Ki has been calibrated (I was one of the first ten to finish, thank you very much), and did the Mother’s Day journey that Tai developed and what fun that was!!!

Can’t wait to see what’s next!

We’re going to be introducing some blog posts from Second Life users and residents of Eder D’Uru to share some of their points of view on what we’re doing. So far we have one person who has contacted me willing to participate. If there are others, please let me know! I’ll need a sample of your writing, and what you specifically hope to write about should you be selected to write under this blog. We’ll discuss directly what I hope to see from these blog posts when I’m contacted. Please, don’t hesitate! I’m interested in starting this yesterday, and I don’t want to have too many people. If you’re interested act fast, spots might go quickly!

Discussion about this, such as if you like this idea or not will be taking place on the forums. Please let me know!
